Four Points by Sheraton Sydney, Central Park / Australia

This is my second visit to Sydney, Australia.

I stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Sydney for 760 AUD (500 USD) for 2 nights.

In my opinion, the hotel is one of the top choices in the high-mid range hotel category.

I took some pictures around the hotel. There's a very downtown vibe going on.

I got a taxi to reach Four Points by Sheraton Sydney from Moxy Sydney where i stayed for a night. It was just about a 20 mins taxi ride for 27 AUD.

The room I stayed in is very standard and basic. It is spacious enough to spend time for a couple of days alone. The bed is generously sized and comfortable. The bedsheet is really new and fresh. The best part of this room for me is the business table. I worked at this table very comfortably. It has enough space for you to work and several USB ports. I really liked it.

This is off-topic, but I have a story. During my stay in Sydney, I fell seriously ill. It wasn't just a minor sickness; I couldn't eat or drink, not even a sip of water. My throat was intensely sore and in excruciating pain. I stayed in Australia for three nights, but I couldn't consume any food or water throughout my stay.

I sought out a doctor to assess my condition, but due to my symptoms, I was refused entry to the hospital as they suspected it might be Covid. Consequently, I had an online diagnosis. Unfortunately, it wasn't very helpful, and they provided a prescription via email. I managed to purchase the prescribed medicines at a local pharmacy.

During these three days, I remained confined to the hotel. I conducted an Antigen Test Kit (AKT) and received the result. Please see the pictures below.

The bathroom is clean and simple, and I love it. There is no bathtub, which I don’t often use, so I have no problem with that. The shower space is sized well and includes a rainfall shower. Bathroom amenities are minimal but decent.

There is a nice coffee station with complimentary coffee sets. There are a decent number of hangers and a security box. It is nothing special, but you get everything you need.

In conclusion, Four Points by Sheraton Sydney is a nice hotel, but it falls within the category of respectfully average quality. I can't confidently assert that the price is reasonable; however, it may be influenced by inflation. In other words, I can affirm that the services and facilities are quite stable, providing customers with peace of mind. Regarding the location, the hotel is situated in the city center, making the central station, various shops, restaurants, and Chinatown easily accessible by foot. This positions it as one of the best hotels in Sydney to base your stay.

Central Station is super accessible.

I had a great time on the 'Big Bus Tour Sydney' during my last day in Sydney. Priced at 65 AUD, it was truly worth the experience. The tour covers all the major sightseeing spots Sydney has to offer, allowing you to hop on and off at any bus stops until it expires. I highly recommend taking advantage of this enjoyable ride!
